A modern villa in the Roche urbanisation, a few minutes from the Atlantic beach.
The house
Plenty of space and light,
the Atlantic just around the corner.
The villa has two floors and room for everyone who comes along. On the ground floor you will find the open living and dining area with a fireplace, plus a large bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest toilet and a cloakroom. Wide sliding and window fronts open the living room and kitchen onto the garden with its palms and Andalusian plants, onto the pool and the sauna. The pool is a saltwater pool, around 16 metres long, lit in the evening and with its own children's section. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to one of the terraces. Right at the top, the roof terrace with an outdoor lounge among olive trees.
More than eight of you? On the lower ground floor there is a separate small flat with its own bathroom for two, which you can book in addition to the villa. That makes room for up to ten guests.

The area
Between nature reserve and Atlantic
The nature reserve begins right next door, 150 metres and you are in it. The Atlantic, with its coves and a six-kilometre sandy beach, is an 800-metre walk away. Right on the seafront sits the restaurant El Timon de Roche, with the kind of view that keeps you at the table a little longer in the evening.
The shady plaza at the heart of Roche is around 600 metres away: cafés, a fenced playground, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a newsagent.
If you like to keep moving, the urbanisation has courts for padel, tennis, football, volleyball and basketball, plus a fitness trail in the park. The beach is a meeting point for surfers. In summer there are flea markets, village festivals, sporting events and a programme for children.
You are well placed for day trips: Conil de la Frontera is a quarter of an hour away, Vejer de la Frontera half an hour. Seville, Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa María, Tarifa, Sotogrande, Marbella, Puerto Banús and Málaga are one to two and a half hours away.
Prices
From €379 per night for four guests. The villa sleeps eight, and up to ten with the basement flat added on.
